Welcome to damsbo.dk
damsbo.dk is a purely private site, with all this
implies in the line of personal stuff,
family pictures, CV's, stories etc. maintained as best we can and when
we can.
Updates may be highly irregular. The more we do, the less you see!
We each have our own page(s) depending on needs and availability.
The kids, naturally, are the most productive when it
comes to new and exciting adventures.
They are the happy providers of many memorable occasions. Unfortunately,
it is their busy/lazy
dad who is responsible for the content management and publishing (!) The
task is evenly
distributed between the eager to show off the lovely kids, and the need
to respect their
privacy. The latter lately made me (finally) remove all the pictures
from the early years.
It was nice then, and a neat service for those family
members that were not so close, i.a. my
brother in Zwitzerland, and the grand parents in Spain.
However, at ages 9 and 12 the poor kidt resented the endless parade of
bathing scenes, diper
changes and plaing on the kitchen floor (?)
According to taste, desire and needs we have now all a
moderate representation of snapshots,
more or less up-to-date, and small descriptive articles. I'm still
waiting for their own first contributions.
My own contributions are guided by opposite forces: Not enough spare time. I do have a life!
On the other hand I like to tell about just that: How I
divide my time between work, wife, kids, house,
private PC nerding, fishing, racing, gardening, etc. (and not always in
that order necessarily!)
And finally, the element of exhibitionism driving anyone who sets up a website :-)
